I work with founders, leaders, and creators who perform at a high level yet feel they have hit an inner ceiling. They are outwardly successful but may feel stalled, indecisive, tense, fragmented, fearful, or exhausted inside. Many are cerebral, intense, and vigilant. Together we surface the hidden “blueprint” of how they currently operate, identify what’s not working, and create the conditions and accountability for them to uplevel and access a higher self. This takes time. It usually results in more conviction in how they lead themselves and others, more confidence in decisions, more flow and ease in the day-to-day, and a greater sense freedom and aliveness.

Working with me is having a root-level partnership where you can be your most courageous and powerful self. I’m not an expert in you or your line of work. Instead I aim to be a rigorous and fearless student of you, so that you can recognize the teacher within yourself.

About me: I’m a suburban mom in the Bay Area. I love my daughter and my husband. I love to play and goof off. I went to good schools and did corporate and startup things. I learned a lot and think (hope) I had a net positive impact on the world. But that was a local maximum for me. I coach because it’s the best way I’ve found to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives with my natural gifts. I’m obsessed with the craft of coaching, and most of all, it’s fun.
