I work with founders, leaders, and creators who perform at a high level yet feel they have hit an inner ceiling. They are outwardly successful but may feel stalled, indecisive, tense, fragmented, fearful, or exhausted inside. Many are cerebral, intense, and vigilant. Together we surface the hidden “blueprint” of how they currently operate, identify what’s not working, and create the conditions and accountability for them to evolve. This takes time. It usually results in more conviction in how they lead themselves and others, more confidence in decisions, more flow and ease in the day-to-day, and a greater sense freedom and aliveness.

Working with me is having a root-level partnership where you can be your most courageous and powerful self. I’m not an expert in you or your line of work. Instead I aim to be a rigorous and fearless student of you, so that you can recognize the teacher within yourself.

About Me

I’m a suburban mom in the Bay Area. I love my daughter and my husband. I love to play and goof off.

My professional path has been a series of climbing peaks, only to realize they weren’t the mountain I ultimately wanted to be on. I learned a lot along the way and (I hope) had a net positive impact.

In retrospect, I had been pursuing a local maximum. And yet, I wouldn’t change any of it.

I coach because it’s the most meaningful way I’ve found to use my natural gifts. I’m obsessed with the craft of coaching. Most of all, it’s fun.
