People come to me because they have the intuition that in some way they are not realizing their potential. This could look like a corporate professional with an unsung dream, an entrepreneur navigating the high seas wanting to move with more agility and confidence, or an outwardly successful leader who nonetheless feels stuck or off. In each case, I help them create the outer change they want by facilitating the inner change required. My clients are often cerebral, vigilant, and intense achievers.

Together we surface the hidden “blueprint” of how they currently operate, identify what’s not working, and create the conditions and accountability for them to evolve. This takes time. It usually results in more conviction in how they lead themselves and others, more confidence in decisions, more flow and ease in the day-to-day, and a greater sense of freedom, aliveness, and fulfillment. Most importantly, they discover what they are truly capable of and act on it.

Working with me is having a root-level partnership where you can be your most courageous and powerful self. I’m not an expert in your line of work. Instead I aim to be a rigorous and fearless student of you, so that you can recognize the teacher within yourself.

About Me

I choose truth over comfort. That got me in trouble as a kid. I questioned everything and refused to settle — for the status quo, the surface-level answer, or for who I was told to be. So, perhaps unsurprisingly, my professional path has been a series of climbing peaks, only to realize they weren’t the mountain I ultimately wanted to be on. I learned a lot along the way and (I hope) had a net positive impact. In retrospect, I had been pursuing a local maximum. And yet I wouldn’t change any of it.

I coach because it’s the most meaningful way I’ve found to use my natural gifts. I’m obsessed with the craft of coaching. Most of all, it’s fun.

I earned my bachelor’s from Princeton and my law degree from Harvard. Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked as a management consultant, IP litigator, engineer, and talent leader. I’m based in the Bay Area, where I live with my husband and daughter.
