My mission in life is to help others discover what they are truly capable of.
I’m a recovering high achiever who took the scenic route to finding my purpose. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked at:
Bain, where I’ve had several stints — first, as a client-facing consultant, and then as head of Talent Strategy & Operations for its Innovation & Design team
a big law firm, where I was a litigation associate
a tech startup called Grammarly, where I was a software engineer
a performance coaching platform called BetterUp, where I designed behavioral change programs based on positive psychology, and
UC Berkeley School of Law, where I co-taught an experiential course on self-development and decision-making.
Combined, these experiences allow me to appreciate the nuance and complexity in just about any business context. Within and between every chapter, what I kept coming back to was my love of developing people and partnering with them to grow and self-actualize. It never ceases to amaze me how much coaching can transform, and it’s hugely rewarding work.
I currently coach leaders at Bain. While not doing that, I head up Strategy & Operations for Bain’s Global Wellbeing team. We help Bainies make lasting behavioral changes that enable vitality and fulfillment, as well as elevate our firm’s commitment to wellbeing.
I am trained in a number of different modalities, including the Co-Active Training Institute® (CTI) approach and the Positive Intelligence (PQ®) approach to mental fitness. I am constantly looking for ways to hone my craft.
I am a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School.
I live in the SF Bay Area with my husband and daughter.
